 Story Board 

The First shot: (NIKE check on paper) 

  • The first shot will be the statement piece of the commercial. A “teacher” will be grading a test and write a check onto a paper. The shot will start off with a behin
    d head     shot to see what the teacher is doing. She will lift her hand and quickly write a check onto the test. The camera will then zoom in onto the check mark, this is what leads the storyboard to the next part.     

The Second shot: (Sean & Soccer) 

  • The music starts here, immediately after the shot before. Our group is using the song “Eye of the Tiger”. The camera will zoom out on Sean’s cleat as he is kicking the soccer ball into the goal. This will cause a flow to the commercial. We will create a spin transition into Sean’s gray NIKE soccer shirt. 

The Third shot: (Kaya & Volleyball) 

  • Due to the previous shot ending in a Spinning Transition, the third shot will continue the transition by spinning out of Kaya’s Nike shoes. Kaya will be practicing drill volleyball techniques while using the wall. Kaya will also smack the ball on to the floor. However, the camera will follow the ball this time as it is spiking down which will lead on to the next shot. 

The Fourth shot: (Julie & Track) 

  • The fourth’s shot preparatory transition will be the follow on of the end transition in the volleyball shot (the camera spiking down). The camera will spike sharply down onto Julies NIKE headband while Julie is running track. Julie is going to look at her apple watch while slowing down. Julie is going to act out of breath while sweating and drinking water dramatically. 

The Fifth shot: (Beckett & his NIKES) 

  • The fifth shot will be the cue to stop the music so that Beckett can come in. The main purpose of the shot is to calm down the movement that was present. We might add happy calm music to cause a humorous effect. This will be to emphasize the fact that Beckett is just relaxing while everyone is sweating doing exercise. Beckett will then flex his Nike shoes exaggeratingly.  

The Sixth shot: (NIKE logo) 

  • This will be the end of our commercial, it is expected to be short. This shot will start with the end of the “Eye of the Tiger” song while the “Just do it” NIKE logo is present on the screen.

 My group is only a few steps away from finishing. Today, I need to add titles to my film. In order to do this, my group set up a meeting date. It was decided that my group meet Friday after school. So I got home and printed out the order of needed titles. Once I got with my group it was decided that each title had to have a name. So my group went one by one, deciding what to put for each title. After this, my group needed to see which title design will be used. In order to do this, each one of my groupmates created their own design. After every one of my groupmates made their design, each one was compared. My group decided that Sofia made the best design. So Sofia used her design to test it out on my Final Task, and it looked great. But before anything was done, I recommend that my group look at www.watchthetitles.com. Schedule: We plan to do all our filming during the week of 3/19/22-3/27/22 because we have this full week off from school. We want to do all th e filming in one day but will lik ely have to split it up between 2 or even 3 days. Intro Blog- Back Again!

My name is Sean Nehme. I am now a junior at Fort Lauderdale High School. This is my introduction blog for AICE Media Studies A-Level. I am taking this class for a multitude of reasons. The first one is for academic credits. This class provides me with another AICE credit towards the AICE diploma. The AICE diploma provides me with great opportunities in the future. These opportunities are something I want to work towards. I already earned three AICE credits in my freshman year. As well as 3 my sophomore year. One of those is the AICE Media Studies AS Level course. This year I plan to get 1 more. Then I would earn my diploma. Also, colleges like to see me follow through with the course by taking the A-level counterpart. Another great reason I am retaking this course is that I loved it last year.
