 Today my group and I filmed. We had almost the entire class period. So about 1 hour and 15 minutes of filming time. We completed four of the six scenes we are doing. These four were by far the most difficult. As they required movements, costumes, makeup, lighting, and more. First up was my scene. We went to the soccer field on campus. While there we accomplished a lot. We shot the sense of me dribbling and shooting the soccer ball while having focused on the Nike logo. We made sure to use different angles and shots. We followed the rubric given to us to help guide us. As well as the storyboard obviously. The second scene we shot was Julie running on the track on campus. We made it so that we zoomed back out of the Nike logo after zooming in on it in the clip before. The third scene we shot was Kaya spiking the volleyball while wearing Nike apparel. This one took the longest as we had to get the spike just right. The fourth and last scene we shot this period was of Beckett. He was walk

  Story Board   The First shot:  (NIKE check on paper)   The first shot will be the statement piece of the commercial.  A “teacher” will be grading a test and write a check onto a paper.  The shot will start o ff  with  a  behin d head  shot  to see what the  teacher is  doing . She will lift her hand and quickly write a check onto the test. The camera will then zoom in onto the check mark, this is what leads the story board to the next part.   The Second shot:  (Sean & Soccer)   The music starts here,  immediately  after the shot before. Our group is using the song “Eye of the Tiger ”.  The camera will zoom o ut on Sean’s cleat as he is kicking the soccer ball into the goal. T his will  cause a flow to the commercial . W e will  create a spin transition into Sean’s gray NIKE soccer shirt.   The Third shot:  ( Kaya & Volleyball)   Due to the  previous  shot ending in a Spinning Transition, the third shot will continue  the  transition  by spinning out of Kaya’s  Nike  shoes.   Overview:   For our group commercial project, we are revolving around NIKE clothing and sh oes.  When someone sees a NIKE  commercial,  they see athletes wearing their apparel and in use.  To  represent  this aspect of their commercials we have decided to wear some of their app are l. We will be wearing  NIKE  shoes like  sneakers  and sports cleats. We wi ll also wear their everyday attire like their shirts and shorts. We are even going to wear some of their exercise gear like headbands.  For the lighting ,  we will be using the natural sunlight that is out while we are filming. Because we  must  rely on the weather and natural  sunlight,  we will be watching the weather reports to find the best date and time to film. S ome of the  activities  we hope to do in our commer ci al are playing sports like socc e r or volleyball. We will also  attempt  to include activities like running and walking while in the NIKE attire. For our  commercial  the only make-up we will be using is hairsty
