After  finishing  the  research,  we  have  decided the best theme for our music video is a pop song theme. We decided that plan A is to do the pop song  “ Party  in   the  USA ” .   This was sung by Miley Cyrus  when she was  younger,  and it was in 2009.  For  now,  we have  a long list  of props we plan to use.  We plan to start with a scene at  the Fort  Lauderdale Executive Airport. There we will  do  a scene  where we  pick  up Sean from the airport. We will be using a car and a suitcase as our props. Comparing Le Jetee, the short, and 12 Monkeys, the full-length movie

12 Monkeys has a more complex narrative structure, with multiple storylines and characters since it is a longer film. 12 Monkeys also features more traditional cinematic techniques, such as live-action footage and special effects . 12 Monkeys has a more action-oriented plot, with several exciting set pieces and chase scenes . On the other hand, Le Jetee is more focused on character development and exploration of philosophical themes , but the two films differ in their approach to storytelling and their use of special effects. While Le Jetee relies on still photographs to tell its story, 12 Monkeys uses more traditional film techniques and has a larger budget for special effects. After comparing these two, we saw a lot of things that could help us in the short film process. We saw that it is possible to conden s e a larger storyline into a shorter one, and still deliver the same message throughout. We need to make sure that we do not add to o any characters and “side paths”....

Our group did some brainstorming, and everyone came up with one pitch and its pros and cons. They go as follows:   After a teen vandalized the side of an old ric kety house, a letter arrives addressed to him. The letter tells him he must complete a series of missions and objectives to uncurse himself.   After 5 years, 3 friends meet up to discuss the sudden disappearance of their 4 th friend. Along the way, they discover clues leading to the truth behind the ir friend’s disappearance .   3 teenagers are walking around a laboratory on a school field trip testing things out w h en they get separated from the group. While looking around they find a mysterious box and go inside. After shutting the door, they a re all teleported through time and must find their way back to the present.   The pros of pitch number 3 are that it gives everyone in our group of 3 a role.
